SIX DIMENSIONS OF QUALITY EDUCATION AT MORTON COLLEGE
We believe that Quality Education Leads to Empowerment, a process of strengthening individuals so they get more control over their own situations.
This term refers to non-discrimination and equity. Equity in education means that personal and social circumstances such as gender, ethnic origin or family background, physical or academic ability are not obstacles to achieving one’s educational potential.
Contextualisation & Relevance
Quality education cannot be based on a blueprint that is applicable in all situations. Training resources, solutions and adaptations of education systems must be based on the real needs of learners, industries and community.
We put learners in centre to provide Quality Education, thus it helps to reach his/her full potential. With the help of our student friendly teaching and use of relevant contextualised training resources we aim to achieve student’s active participation.
We provide quality education which aims at developing a balanced set of skills our students require to become economically productive, develop sustainable livelihoods, contribute to peaceful and democratic societies and enhance individual well-being.
We measure our performance by our student’s Learning Outcomes not by our Program Outcomes. After completing a certain level of education / training, student must have developed a minimum standard of skills.
We are inspired by innovation and always seek to challenge the status quo and provide specifically tailored solutions to meet each of our student’s / client’s precise individual needs and requirements.
