Our flexible delivery mode will allow you to find the balance in your busy life. Morton College will bend over backwards to give you the flexible learning options you need. Combine your study with face-to-face and workplace training, at a pace that suits you.

On the Job Training

You will be trained at the place of your work while you are doing the actual job. The trainer/assessor from the Morton College will come and visit you for the training as well.

Off the job training

On the job training supported by formal off the job training, where your trainer/assessor will discuss the underpinning knowledge of any given topic.

Apprenticeships and Traineeships

Get the skills while you pay the bills with an apprenticeship or traineeship through Morton College. We work with employers from a range of industries to give you the tuition and formal qualification that complements your on-the-job training.
